XYJ-6Series Automatic feeding cloth material cutting machine
The machine is mainly suitable for cutting, strip cutting and slicing of straight stripe and 45°diagonal stripe at various width for such materials as cloth, leather, foam, paperboard, reflective materials and similar materials. It is widely used in such industries as clothing, swimwear, packaging, home textile and etc.
1.It can be customized according to the width of materials to be cut to meet different production requirements of customers.
2.The driving part adopts the mechanism of precise four-column and double oil cylinder automatic
balancing connection rod, which can make the cutting knife move upwards and downwards with
high cutting force and stable movement.
3.The feeding mechanism adopts twin-roller type stepping feeding to realize free cutting for materials with the length more than or equal to 40mm.
4.The computer automatically controls the feeding distance and cutting, and the material is conveyed and taken by the anti-deviation adhesive tape of the material output worktable. The feeding is accurate and the production efficiency is very high.
