Hologram Encoder

The Dimuken Hologram-Encoder DC-8614 is a free standing model capable of simultaneously running four independant streams of registered holographic foil. The Hologram Encoder can be installed in conjunction with other off-line finishing machines which use sprocket fed paper. Basic Configuration • Swing up tooling head allows instant and convenient access to the foiling heads • Four position heated foiling registration system to allow single or simultaneous running of up to 4 separate registered image holographic foils • Four heated foiling heads individually adjustable for temperature and position • Individual foil unwind and rewind stations for positive foil feeds • Easily adjustable sensor mounting blocks to read side or vertical registration marks • Optional tooling heads for MICR/OCR or Gothic numbering, blind embossing or imprinting from Ribbon • Regular and irregular web draw lengths selected by push button • Fine impression control ensures perfect foiling results • 22" max web width • Web draw lengths up to 24" in 1/72" increments
